Tage Tracy, CPA, is the company’s part-time CFO. Mr. Tracy is the author of all of the Company’s pro-forma projections and financial statements. Mr. Tracy has taken multiple companies to exit through acquisition and has co-authored well-known accounting books, including How to Manage Profit & Cash Flow: Mining the Numbers for Gold, published by John Wiley & Sons in 2004. Mr. Tracy is also a twice-over investor in Lead Horse.

John M. Armstrong, Ph.D.Chairman, CEO & Co-founder
Dr. Armstrong is an immunologist with experience on bioinformatics executive teams (SVP and CSO) and in big Pharma (Principle Clinical Scientist). He is also the Company’s evangelist. He also partnered with Northrop Grumman IT (NGIT) to win a $29 million bioinformatics project in which he was the lead scientist. NGIT’s project officer for that partnership, Kevin Biersack, is now Lead Horse Tech’s VP of Product Development.

Ramona (Ramie) Leibnitz, Ph.D.President & Co-founder
Dr. Leibnitz is an immunologist and has 25 years in immunology and medical education (NIH, Basel Institute for Immunology, Univ. of Maryland, College Park). She has been on the executive teams of two other medical information companies besides Lead Horse Technologies. She is an experienced medical information architect, and is co-founder of Popular Immunology e-Magazine. Dr. Leibnitz is the science and operations lead for the company.

Kevin Biersack, MBAVP of Product Development
Kevin Biersack, MBA, is the company’s part-time VP of Product Development. Mr. Biersack has 26 years of IT experience, most recently including 16 years with Northrop Grumman specializing in web-enabled, client/server, and mainframe technology. His primary emphasis at NGIT was in health care. Mr. Biersack and Dr. Armstrong worked together before the Company was founded to successfully win a $29 million contract from NIH for Northrop Grumman IT.

Jason Arcediano is the company’s VP of Sales, BD, and Strategic Alliances. He has over 20 years of responsibility for marketing, sales, corporate and business development at Life Science and BioPharm companies working both domestically and internationally. He has worked closely with the FDA and has been lead on teams for several government contracts (DARPA, HHS), while negotiating and developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
