During his PhD studies, Dr. Jacques Zaneveld discovered that physicians were learning hands-on skills on fruits and vegetables. On nights and weekends, he independently developed a (now patented) method to rapidly prototype materials that behave like real tissue. He completed the first trial of this technology in the clinic, and was the first PhD student in his class to graduate. He has over a dozen publications >1,000 citations.

Dr. Smriti ZaneveldFounder and President
Dr. Smriti Agrawal Zaneveld graduated first in her class with a Ph.D. in Molecular And Human Genetics and has authored over a dozen scientific and medical publications. She has serves as the director of research at Lazarus 3D with several scientific articles and a clinical trial at various stages of development and implementation. In addition she serves as director of the board of directors of the company.
