Mr. Hasty brings a strong background in finance, as well as, operations to the company. Mr. Hasty graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a Minor in Marketing from San Jose State University. Mr. Hasty also has a strong background in the sport of lacrosse having served as a head coach at the high school level for 11 years, as well as, a player at the High School, College and Club Level.

Mr. Snowden Graduated from Wofford College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Mr. Snowden then earned a Masters Degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Economics/Finance from the University of Colorado. Mr. Snowden brings a wealth of talent to the LAX Holdings management team. Mr. Snowden has over 20 years experience in B2B sales and business development. Mr. Snowden has held several positions in the oil & gas industry.

Mr. Boekel has a BS Degree in Finance from Colorado State University and has held senior management positions throughout his career. Mr. Boekel has served as President of several energy related companies and Managing Partner of a real estate development company. Mr. Boekel also has experience in the lacrosse community having coached the sport for over 30 years and having served as the President of the CO High School Lacrosse Association.
