Tim Eriksson is the founder and creator of Laurus. He is an Arizona high school math teacher, and has taught classes ranging from basic Algebra to honors Pre-Calculus for seven years. He has also taught several online classes for an online provider of curriculum. Therefore, Tim is familiar with teaching online and the challenges and benefits with using technology to assist student learning.

Prabhu Mohapatra has worked in the technical industry for over 20 years. He is CEO of IS&T (International Science & Technology), a web-development company based in Chandler, Arizona. His staff at IS&T take care of all of LaurusSoft's programming needs.

Ron served as the CFO of a mega-church with a $10 million annual budget for 9 years. Before that, Ron was the VP and General Manager of the Commercial Markets Division for the Dial Corporation and held various other senior management positions for over 35 years. These included locating, analyzing, and negotiating the terms of the acquisitions for the International Division of Dial throughout Latin America and other locations around the world.

Peter Erickson has served as a technical advisor and IT director since the inception of LaurusSoft, has been involved with both sales and programming for IBM for over 25 years. Peter is the primary database analyst, supporting teachers and administrators with whatever data they need.

Dana Eriksson has worked in educational sales for 5 years. She began as LaurusSoft's sales rep for 2 years growing our sales from 3 schools to 30 schools. She transferred to an educational curriculum provider, where she was the AZ account rep. She took this company's annual AZ sales from $5K to $1.7M in just over two years. She builds excellent relationships with the schools and will train other reps to do the same.
