We collect video responses to recruiters' interview questions. Applicants take the interview online when it suits them, and recruiters review and rate the short video responses in their own time. We make applicant selection more efficient, and we make recruiters more effective by giving them better information. Our target: hospitality, retail and professional services - where personality matters and there is high volume recruitment.
