Brian is an Executive Leader with significant medical device experience. Brian previously built an R&D organization to develop a Neural-Scaffold device from concept through FDA regulatory approval to start a First-in-Human clinical trial to treat patients with a devastating spinal cord injuries. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from UW-Madison and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Grayson has served as the CFO at AeroSat Corporation, North American Industries, and, most recently, has served as an interim CFO for several healthcare companies as an Engagement Partner with Tatum, a management consulting firm. He has experience in providing strategic financial leadership, managing teams, and implementing infrastructure for rapid growth and expansion. He received his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA from the MIT Sloan.

Dr. Kay is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and Implant Dentistry with over 30 years of clinical experience. He is has been a teaching clinical faculty member at Harvard School of Dental Medicine for over 30 years, currently teaching in the Advanced Graduate Prosthodontics and Periodontology programs. Dr. Kay holds an Sc.B. in Biochemistry from Brown University, and D.M.D. and M.M.Sc. in Oral Biology from Harvard University.
