    Mr. Sheppard has managed many new product launches in his career. His background is in engineering, automation, manufacturing management, and new product development in global markets. He was founder and CEO of an engineering and product development company in RTP that focused on early stage development of medical devices. He went on to launch a software company that specialized in mobile platforms and mobile marketing.
