La Roblería is a company that grows and sell Shiitake mushrooms, and now is starting to develop and testing value added product, using the shiitake mushrooms as the raw material and main component. We are currently developing the firsts byproducts in collaboration with the lab of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica of Chile. The first product is paté and then we are going to make the first hamburger, that actually taste like meat.
