    Previous experience: Matteo Marco Galiano is a food and wine tasting expert at AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) and he selects Italian wine producers focusing particularly on the type of production, the taste and market tendancies.

  • Andrea Di Cesare
    Laperitivo Managing Director for the development of the Format Laperitivo as well as Brand Identity and the Experience Design.

    Previous experience: Founder of Italian Ice Cream format “Dooolce” in China and concept developer of more than 50 international food shop .
