Landopoint (Pty) Ltd is a property development company owned by a Black South African woman, based in Johannesburg. We develop affordable houses (townhouses) for South Africans based in Gauteng, that is overqualified to get houses through the RDP Housing Project, but do not qualify for a bond. We have recently made an offer to purchase our first property (land) where we will be building 30 units for rental.
