Kirsten (Princeton '84, Harvard MBA '89 & MPA '89) is a social impact entrepreneur with excellent experience in leadership of non-profits & in consulting. She was Executive Director of a non-profit with national reach, led fundraising for a national org. equipping families & social service agencies, & was NYC Regional Manager of an after-school tutoring org. She has consulted for a range of businesses & non-profits, incl. at McKinsey & solo.

Kevin (SouthEast Missouri State Univ. '89) served as Head of Operations of Northern/Central NJ for Home Care Assistance. He's a strategically-minded executive with extensive expertise in home care operations, business development & regulatory compliance. Prior to joining HCA, Kevin held various technical positions as a System Engineer, which involved extensive software development for IP routing platforms, incl. at AT&T Labs & Avici.

Bob (Princeton '67, Harvard Law J.D. '71, Harvard Kennedy School MPA '71) has served in senior legal positions during his career, with his combined expertise in financial law & public administration. He retired in 2011 as Senior Counsel of Deutsche Bank AG, NYC. Before that, he served as Counsel, Bankers Trust & had clerked for a federal judge. He brings his legal perspective, commitment to community-building, & financial acumen to Lambent.

Joe (Princeton '84), Executive in Residence at Princeton University, is a serial entrepreneur who's built successful software companies, incl. Restricted Stock Systems (in the financial field) & PIRXA (in healthcare). In 2017, he & Princeton University scientists Eric Wood & Justin Sheffield co-founded Princeton Climate Analytics. Joe guides the Lambent team’s multidisciplinary skills & expertise toward solving critical issues in practical ways.

Tom (Princeton '67, Wharton MBA '70) has served as CFO for technology-based companies for most of his career, incl. for publicly-traded (e.g. Dialogic 1997-2000 & Symbol 1990-1997) & private companies. In recent years, he's consulted through Amato Ventures. In 2009, he joined the Board of Carrier Clinic psychiatric hospital & addiction recovery center, becoming Board Chair in 2011 & now Co-Chair as Carrier joined Hackensack Meridian Health.

Philip (Princeton '82, Univ. of Illinois Ph.D. '87) is an outstanding scientist who focuses on “low signal-to-noise” data analyses, finding insights & patterns in "noisy" data & depicting them in user-friendly ways. He's worked on data analytics in Behavioral Health & Neuroscience. He's co-developed valuable techniques in fMRI & cryo-electron microscopy. Phil's served at Salk Institute for Biological Studies & NY Structural Biology Center.

Stephen (Princeton '84) has spent over 30 yrs in executive distribution & marketing roles in financial industries, incl. investment mgmt, risk mgmt & commercial finance. He's built brands & led strategic & marketing plans for global cos incl. Nuveen, T. Rowe Price, Aon & Heller Financial. He's led large, diverse teams thru capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, & IPOs. He launched his career in advertising & consumer packaged goods marketing.

Lisa (Univ. of the West Indies (Cave Hill) LL.B. ‘97 & Norman Manley Law School LEC ’99) is a lawyer w/ extensive experience working w/ non-profits & gov. orgs in the US & internationally. A charismatic & action-oriented leader, she's been a key team member on initiatives serving vulnerable groups & youth. Her experience in law & entrepreneurship & extensive charitable work in communities fuels her commitment to relationship mgmt & customer care.

John (Albright '02) began his IT career as a developer focusing on Microsoft & Java technologies & grew into project & technical management & leadership. He is Director of Solutions Delivery for an IT service firm. He led a dev team at eBay to launch a leading pet product co’s ecommerce site. While w/ Rovi (now TiVo), John managed the team supplying programming data to a highly-notable cable provider. He also worked w/ Microsoft as a consultant.
