A fraction of traditional wellness service costs (personal trainers & nutritionists cost on average $300/month), Ladder uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), data entry, unlimited messaging, and 1:1 coaching to help users build long-lasting healthy lifestyles.

Users are matched with a certified coach who provides accountability, support, and ongoing plan adjustment. The effectiveness of Ladder is in the flexibility of our customized plans designed by our 1:1 Ladder Coaches. Through our monthly CBT assessment, your coach tailors your plan to your behavior patterns to help you build a healthy lifestyle at the core of your day-to-day decisions. With Ladder your health plan moves with your lifestyle, not against it.
