Company Summary

We are a casual Italian Cafe and Bakery as well as including a full service restaurant and bar to cater to the needs of the consumers and tourists along the North Michigan Avenue Corridor. All inclusive it will seat 320 people. The customer base is 19-60 years of age and both men and women. We serve locally grown as well as free range raised food products, cheeses and work with many local food producers. We can sustain many food sources.

Rich grew the company from a small market bakery to a 40 million dollar a year high end bakery while maintaining the quality of production and services that got him to that level. Rich also founded Labriola Cafe and Bakery which serves the Western Suburbs of Chicago and the surrounding communities.
