Gabriela is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Laboratoria México. She has 6 years of experience working in CSR and in socio-economic development projects in LATAM. Before Laboratoria, Gabriela worked as a consultant in Fundación IDEA, and as project coordinator for the IDB in the slums of Rio and for Odebrecht in Peru. She holds a BSc from Boston College and a Masters in Public Administration and Development Practice from Columbia University.

Raphaelle is Co-Founder and Operations Director of Laboratoria México. She has 5 years of experience in consulting on social responsibility, social impact and inclusive businesses. Before Laboratoria, she was Project Manager in the sustainable development department at Ernst & Young in Paris, overseeing mainly CSR projects, and Project Coordinator for Synergos Consulting in NYC. Raphaelle holds an MBA from the University of ESCP in Paris.

Macha is Co-Founder and Career Development Director of Laboratoria México. Before Laboratoria, she worked several years as a business consultant in international companies such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, the European Commission and GDF Suez, and as Financial Director for Mexico's Fondeadora. She holds a Master in Commercial Engineering from LSM University in Belgium, and a Master in International Business from Smurfit Business School in Dublin.

Raziel is Co-Founder and Technology Director at Laboratoria México. He is a dedicated tech entrepreneur with more than eight years of experience founding and leading startups in Mexico. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telematic Engineering from National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico (’07) and a Master in Company Management from IPADE (’13).
