Sakari is a visionary and a strategic thinking who sees the big picture. In addition to having worked as a researcher in science education (PhD), he has worked as an entrepeneur and consultant for several years. Consultation has mainly been in the marketing sector, to companies such as Gymba and Dream Service. Sakari also has a Youtube channel, Kotia Kohti, which is part of his marking strategy to sell consultation for first time home buyers.

Teemu is a critical thinker and skilled developer, who finds creative solutions and doesn't leave things unnoticed. With both a creative and logical mind, he has worked on several startups in the tech sector. He is also one of the co-founders in Luotoluoto creative agency. Teemu has a MA degree from Department of World Cultures (University of Helsinki) and a certificate from Aalto PROTOMO Entrepreneurship Program.

Mitja is a doer with solid marketing experience, who has been worked as a marketing professional in various position. He´s also studying marketing and leadership in in the University of Eastern Finland. In addition, he is a partner in a marketing agency and has worked as a professional photographer.
