Mark was PI on over $1.6M in grant funding and leveraged that into $6M for his last startup Medipacs Inc. Mark has over 35 years experience in business, product design, polymer chemistry, mechanical engineering, manufacturing.

David Chan received his MBA with a specialization in marketing analysis and distribution management. He has launched five companies in various industries and has experience as an entrepreneurial consultant. David contributed to the launch of the $50M Camp Verde Project, a venture featuring eight separate business lines designed to bolster the community of Camp Verde, Arizona.

Betty Weaver has >11 years of experience as a Controller and CFO for small and mid-sized privately-held companies. Her experience includes the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures, corporate valuations, designing and implementing accounting, information technology, and control systems. Betty will aid in the financial management of the company, development of profit maximization strategies, and capital acquisition.
