Muni Boga is Co-CEO and creative mind behind the interactive recognition engine, Kudos.

Muni has specialized in creative direction, branding and professional photography for over 10 years. Prior to Kudos, Muni was the Founder and Creative Director of BOGA Design, a marketing and design agency that worked with a variety of clients throughout Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Mexico.

Tom Short is a serial entrepreneur and Co-CEO and founder of Kudos.

Tom has founded numerous, highly successful, companies including Bright Ideas and Idea Machine – which was recognized as one of the top ten interactive agencies in Canada. In 2003, Tom merged Idea Machine with Rare Method to create the largest independent interactive agency in Western Canada.

Tom now leads Kudos and oversees operations, customer service, sales and marketing

Jim has over 25 years of entrepreneurial success with organizations such as Chaordix's, crowdsourcing platform and PURUS Technologies Inc., the world’s first Collaborative Decision Management platform. Jim other experience spans private equity to management consulting. He started his entrepreneurial career at the age of 27 when he helped start an information management and health care technology platform company which he sold 10 years later.
