Shlomy leads strategy and business development at Kudo!. He earned his PhD in Education from UC Berkeley, where he researched child language acquisition and received multiple awards. He was previously a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group focused on tech and media. He led a group of 9 in founding Berkeley Review of Education, and was previously National Manager of Educational Services at Wall Street English for three LatAm countries.

Cynthia leads product and content development at Kudo!. She is a child psychotherapist and former preschool teacher with extensive expertise in child development. Cynthia previously founded the foreign-language program at an elite New York private preschool. She earned an MA in clinical psychology from CIIS and a BA in Psychology from Hunter College in New York.

Gil guides animation and video production at Kudo!. He is a two-time Emmy award-winning animator and an art director with over a decade of TV and advertising production experience. Gil is the Founder and Creative Director of Nice Studios, where he also developed the top-10 video editing app, Vidify.

Professor Pearson advises the Kudo! team on academic development. Professor Pearson is a faculty member of the Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Berkeley, where he served as Dean from 2001-2010. His current research focuses on ways of using reading, writing and language as tools for learning, development, and engagement. In 2010 AERA gave him the Distinguished Contributions to Research in Education Award.

Michele Golodetz is a Member of the Board at Kudo!. She was formerly the General Manager and CEO of SIF S.A., Director of New Business Development for Fundación Chile, and President of Golodetz Rate Management Companies. Mrs. Golodetz is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Northwestern University. She sits on the Boards of Directors of EPC S.A., Sundial Farms, and Negocios Regionales S.A.

Mike is the former Director of Engineering for Yahoo! Music, where he led a geographically diverse tech team and was responsible for middle tier, front-end web, and desktop application development teams, as well as QA and server operations management for what was at the time the world’s most popular music website. Prior to joining Yahoo!, Mike was the CTO in Residence at Evolution Ventures, where he served as virtual CTO for 6 start-ups.
