Krishi has developed a point-of-care molecular diagnostic platform, SHERPA, that can detect up to 20 unique and customizable genetic targets with a single sample in just one hour. Krishi uses a razor and blade sales model, selling the cloud-based SHERPA Vision device infrequently (like a razor handle) and driving profits through repeat sales of the consumable SHERPA Chip (like razor cartridges). Test results are accompanied by a guidance report.
