The Krahling Sports Agency's primary service is sports representation. In this segment of the Company’s operations, the business obtains, negotiates, and counsels clients in regards to obtaining contractual employment in sports. In exchange for these services, the business receives a fee equal to 5% of the face value of the secured contract and retainer fees from consulting/promotional services that are provided on behalf of clients.
