Company Summary

Konditori 18's menu is based on old traditions, with modern flair.
The menu is based off a true Swedish bakery and pastry shop, where both sweet and savory items are available, from breakfast to lunch and dessert in-between.
We believe in staying true and committed to our beliefs, and it shows in our product that we care about what we do, and what the end product looks like and taste. We believe we make the best products in our category.

Team

  • Catherine Walbridge attended culinary school in Halmstad, Sweden from 1988-89, and -93, as well as have a MS in industrial Psychology. Worked at Stockholm Sheraton & Towers as a Garde Manger Chef. Worked as an intern at Restaurant Stefan Holmstrom in Halmstad, for Chef Stefan Holmstrom. The restaurant featured in Gourmet (now the White Guide)'s list of top 10 restaurants for many years, Sweden's most highly regarded and well-known chefs.
