Connie is the Founder and Creator of Kolman Artisan Glass. She is the rare combination of artist and business executive. Prior to pursuing design studies at the Boston Architectural College, she was SVP of Human Resources for New Boston Fund, Inc. In additional to private residential clients her commercial design clients have included Red Bull, Boston College, Nitsch Engineering, and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Sheila is a former Showroom Manager of Donghia Inc. at the Boston Design Center. She has a lifelong career in various aspects of the commerical and residential design world and has extensive experience witih high-end manufacturers and specifiers. She is well-known and respected in the Boston design community and has significant relationships in Boston and beyond.

Responsible for the creative interpretation and production of Connie Kolman's vision, Rachel is a graduate of Stonehill College and was previiously employed by the Crosby Company (art collection of Fidelity Investments)

Roseanne brings 20 years of office management/administration experience to her role at KAG. Previous employers include Blouin & Company where she was responsible for family office accounting clients; Summit Health NH where she was the Office Manager. She was also the Office Manager for The Taylor Group in Southborough, MA and for FuturVision in Bow, NH. She is a Quickbooks Certified User.
