100 acres land is already acquired another 50 acres is in pipeline. Agriculture Cashew, Coconut, Jackfruit, Jamun Orchards will be developed, in organic culture.
Tourism will be promoted to boost income. Part of the project will be nurturing of forest and wildlife which will also be a major attraction for tourist. Over all it would be a blend of social and economical activity spread over 150 acres with ample of water bodies and greenery.
