Kogent is Gregg's 4th medical device start up. Katalyst Surgical was his 3rd, 3 St. Louis Arch Angels invested in Katalyst. Grew Syneregtics to $55 million in revenues and a NASDAQ listing.

His Angel groups have funded over 35 startup/early stage companies since 1984. Helped Gregg Scheller grow Synergetics from 12 to 400 employees and was responsible for finding, negotiating &closing the reverse merger that made Synergetics a NASDAQ Listed company. Spent the last 3 years with Synergetics creating the international sales channels for neuro products. Is also CFO of Katalyst & handled their $4 million capital raise in 2011.

6 years as Neuro product manager with Synergetics, 1 year with Stryker after they acquired the Synergetics ultrsonic aspirator business, 1 year with a Fenton based spinal surgery products company, joined Katalyst/Kogent January 2012. Jessica has handle customers and sales people extensively in the US & also worldwide. She has already contacted her domestic neuro friends & is setting up US sales channels for Kogent. Has worldwide OR experience.
