My restaurant will serve the people of Hudson and the surrounding areas. This will include all of the freeway and tourist traffic that will pass by the location. We will sell down home comfort food and fun bar food at good prices to match the tough times we are currently in. My restaurant will will create jobs for the local community. I will also be able to sponser our local booster leagues, Boyscouts, and Girlscouts.
