Dominic DeLacyManaging PartnerDeLacy started as a teacher as Westford Academy, later joining the tech-revolution in educational software. He has served as a social research consultant for Bell Associates, the MBTA, Massport, and Boston Public Schools. DeLacy holds a Master’s in Educational Management and Administration from Cambridge College and a B.A. in English from Salem State University. DeLacy formerly chaired the MBA program of University of Phoenix.

Founder & Managing PartnerAs a public school teacher, Vigeant taught students science, engineering, and mathematics in grades K-12 ranging from college prep and honors to special ed. In 2009 he led New Castle, NH to first place on the New England Common Assessment Program.
Vigeant has been recognized by the American Federation of Teachers’ publication, The Advocate, for his work in urban schools as an educational innovator Vigeant holds a B.A. in Economics & Mathematics.
