Its basically a company with a motto of connecting students from different institutions via sharing their academic works.We will build a website (possibly an app in future) on which students can make their profile and upload their notes/projects/question papers/papers etc.The other student from different colleges can download it and get to know about it.As the number of downloads reaches say 100 number he/she gets some pay for that.
