    13 years training in mixed martial arts, and is a registered black belt. From 2004-2010, she was an instructor at Tiger Schulman’s MMA. Since 2010, she has earned her personal trainer certification from ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), and is a member in good standing.
    Before entering the fitness profession full-time, Ms. Irving spent 20 years in sales, beginning as a stockbroker on Wall Street and finishing as a technology staffing
