Ken is a seasoned enterprise software entrepreneur with a keen interest in everything ‘Customer’ and is the visionary force behind kling.io. Ken held Senior Management positions at Deloitte Consulting and SAP before founding Pelagic Group, a tech focused expansion fund. Ken served as a board member of three 3 Gartner MQ listed software companies. Ken graduated with a Law degree from University of Heidelberg in Germany & Japan’s Keio University.

Paul is a high-energy entrepreneur with a diverse international background and leads all operative matters at kling.io. Paul stared his career in real estate in Florida flipping homes and grew that business to developing several hundred homes per year. Paul then moved to Asia and invested into a car rental business in Singapore which is a market leader today. After selling the rental business, Paul joined a software focused PE fund in Singapore.

Jun oversees technical development of the kling.io platform. Jun is an expert in machine learning and text analysis. Prior to kling.io, Jun was VP of Technology of Hangzhou Xinyi, a social media platform targeted at Chinese Families. This is quintessential Jun: while a student, To relax on a weekend, Jun developed a program that connects to set top boxes and determined how many corner kicks were made at any given hour on a Chinese sports channel.

Dhanya’s IQ, attention to detail and her positive attitude make her handle kling.io’s development produces very efficiently. Dhanya translates some of the team's process ideas into concrete product specifications and wireframes coordinates the Development sprint with all developers. Dhanya started her career with Infosys in India as a Trainee, then worked for MSI Soft Solutions as a QA Engineer. Dhanya graduated from India’s SRIT institute.
