Kjelstrom & Associates, Inc is an engineering consulting firm. We help mining companies from “start to finish” on all aspects of mining, processing, and selling sand and gravel. “Start to finish” means that we obtain mining permits (start), we design sand and gravel processing structures, we project manage the construction of these processing structures, and we help reclaim/revegetate the mined land (finish).

    Kit Kjelstrom, part-owner and Registered Civil Engineer, has been working with mining companies for the past 30 years. He has worked on permitting 15 different mine site projects and 14 of which have been permitted.

    Vice President

    Shaun Kjelstrom, part-owner and Registered Civil Engineer, has been working with mining companies for over 5 years. The bulk of his work over the past 5 years has been in gaining approval in changes to existing mining permits and designing processing equipment structures.
