    Ron Berenson, MD, is a serial entrepreneur, who has founded and served as CEO of several successful biomedical ventures (CellPro, Xcyte, HemaQuest, Fe3), including NASDAQ-listed companies. He has 20 years of experience in fundraising, business development, product development, clinical & regulatory affairs and commercialization of medical products, including topical skin devices. He is a graduate of Stanford University and Yale Medical School.

    Marco Rolandi
    Scientific Founder

    Marco Rolandi, PhD, is a Professor of Materials Science at the University of Washington, where he invented KitoTech Medical's proprietary technology. He is a leading authority on nanotechnologies including nano-microfabrication and nanopolymers. His work has been highlighted in The New York Times and Popular Science, and he was recently selected as one of the 10 top young scientists by Italy. He received his PhD from UC Berkeley.

    Paul has over 13 years of experience in product and technology development for various industries. He currently serves as the Director of Development and Manufacturing for KitoTech Medical, where he is responsible for taking ideas from concepts to production. Paul received his Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honors at Imperial College London, and a Master of Science degree at Columbia University.

    Eli leads finance and business operations at KitoTech. Before KitoTech, Eli led finance at a Seattle based Biotech Company and spent 8 years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young. Eli has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Master in Accounting from Seattle University.
