Devin Partlow is CEO of Kithly and also Lead Developer. Devin Partlow got his BS in Computer Science at Morgan State and went on to become a professional software engineer for the Department of Defense. To date he has 3 Facebook Apps, 4 Android Apps, and 1 iPhone App under his belt to go along with his 6 years of professional software engineering experience.

Stacy Weng has a diverse background in the IT industry, with experience in consulting, Web development, account management, business development and marketing. Currently, Stacy serves as the Business Development Manager for an IT consulting firm, where she oversees corporate marketing related activities, partner relations and sales operations. Stacy holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Art from the University of Virginia.

Ben provides finance and operations leadership for businesses in fast-growth mode. Since 2004, he has served as CFO or COO to eight different companies, typically on a part-time or interim basis. His clients have included a multinational healthcare provider, an Inc 500 social media agency, a top-rated medical technology provider, and a global corporate communications firm.

Dr. Oates' research focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and natural language processing. He recently held a Post-doc position at the MIT AI Laboratory .
