I have a client who is into kiosk style cafe in the Philippines with 165 outlets located mostly in big malls. They plan to expand from 65 owned stores to 245 and from 100 franchise stores to 300. They need PhP130M for this expansion. They have 2% market share of the ready to drink frappes compared to Starbucks' 2.4%.
