Trish Banack holds the majority of Class A and all Class B shares of the company and she is also the grand daughter of one of the largest land owners in Alberta, Canada. This relationship provides her with a natural ability of dispersing funds where they are needed most and she is also the co-founder of King SSS Inc. Trish signs off on all major decisions and handles client and business relationships including mission and strategic vision.

Clayton’s primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, co- managing the overall operations and assets of the company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations and being the public face of the company. Clayton’s experience and frequent dealings with the public, makes him a prominent figure in business. His father is a lawyer who advises the business occasionally.

Tasha Banack is in charge of technological needs for research and development (R&D), and examines the short- and long-term needs of King SSS to reach its objectives. She reports to directly to Trish and Clayton, is responsible for the oversight of intellectual property, and develops policies and procedures. Tasha also creates strategies to increase revenue and performs the cost-benefit analysis and return-on-investment analysis for products.

Danny oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of King SSS. and is equal in the chain of command with the CEO. He mainly focuses on executing the company’s business plans, according to the established business model. Dan carries out the CEO's mandate by instructing all departments, and initiates the rollout of new product lines. He is also responsible for production, marketing of products and handles all internal affairs.
