    Vikas Kinger has more than 25 years of Software Design & Development, Product Management, building Strategic Alliances & Product Marketing experience for Customer Engagement & Customer Experience solutions. He has worked for companies like IBM and Ambient. He also has an MBA from Boston University with a concentration in Strategy.
