I have been building spec homes for over 20 years. The housing bust in an around 2009 damaged by business considerably. Prior to that I was building 4 homes a year and was clearing a profit of over $100K. I would like to get back to that kind of production, but my banker has hindered me more than helped. I grew up around construction and real estate development and have my father's 50 plus years of experience to guide me forward.
