He has 25 years of career experience as an engineer and inventor, is a registered U.S. patent attorney, and a can take an invention from concept to prototype and commercialization.

  • MS, MBA: Ken has served as CEO of public and private energy companies and was and CEO of a NASDAQ (SPAC) that raised $140 million in an IPO and completed a transaction creating NASDAQ: AESE.  He has raised over $250 million of private and public equity, debt and strategic investments.

  • Joseph Curcio
    COO

    COO, MS, ME: co-founder: Joe has over twenty years experience in engineering, robotics and product development. After a Masters' degrees from MIT, he launched a startup company, Robotic Marine Systems. Funded DoD BAA and SBIR projects include Unmanned Surface Vehicles, and an aquaculture automation system among others.

  • PhD, MBA: Shekhar has several years of experience in investment banking and equity research and managing and financing technology companies. Shekhar co-founded a company that was FDA cleared for its low-cost highly efficient stereotactic device for breast biopsy localization that required only two mammograms. He was also co-founder of a company that developed workflow solutions for digital tissue pathology.

    Chartered Accountant: 35 years experience in corporate finance, M&A and investment banking. Raised over $2 billion in equity and debt financing. Led iEnergizer (LSE: IBOI) and Indus Gas Ltd. (LSE: INDI) to a combined value of $4 billion. Managed acquisitions of Aptara ($150 million), Baker Shoes, Nigerian oil and gas blocks, etc.
