    Beginning in 2005 Mounir started exploring smart technology. He formed a detailed understanding of how the smart world would operate from business and technology perspectives, then built the technology.

    Mounir has had several start-ups including PayWi, a mobile payments startup. As founder/CTO, he led technology development and key strategic partner talks. He deployed the technology with Burger King, OIT, Dutch Bros., Figaro's Pizza, et al.

  • Founder/Chief Operating Officer

    Over 20 years in tech sales and BusDev with start-up savvy. He founded TessComm in 1997 and sold it to Deutsche Telekom in the early 2000s. Starting in 2006, Nick managed int'l sales and BusDev for Instantiations and aggressively grew revenue, contributing to Instantiations’ acquisition by Google in 2010.

    Nick has developed successful partners all over the world, traveled to over 50 countries and has an excellent global contact network.

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Mark's successful record includes technology marketing, business dev, relationship management, strategic planning, and product delivery, worldwide.
    Mark leads strategic marketing for Kimera Systems.
    Before that, Mark was a marketing manager in Intel's developer relations division and a manager of developer marketing and business dev at Google. Mark spearheaded Google’s acquisition of Instantiations, where he was VP of marketing & business dev.

    Matt Nees is a business consultant & leader, who develops strategies and executes solutions on Growth, Brand & Product Marketing, Competition Analysis, Social Media and Analytics – along with technology platforms enabling efficiencies and up-to-date methodologies to achieve business goals.
    Matt lives in Portland, Oregon and is the father of three, and a 1995 graduate of Oregon State University with a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing.
