I combine the quest for perfection with a commitment to Lean Manufacturing, which means that I possess the knowledge to do more with less. I can grow exponentially in a small space to cut down on my operating costs. The cabinet company I currently work for is in 2800sf, but I am currently preparing to operate a comparable shop in a 1050sf building on the property that I live on. A well designed work space means more efficiency and profitability.
