Mr. Sager has experience launching new consumer products and new companies. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where his responsibilities spanned production, delivery and wholesale product distribution for numerous personal care products with various market outlets.
Sager then transitioned to the financial services industry, where he worked as a senior investment banker in corporate finance.

Mr. Addeo began his career at NBC with During his tenure, he managed a $50 million annual budget, over 120 employees, including writers, producers, accountants and an operations department. He reduced overhead and was able to consistently remain 5% below budget.
Addeo was also responsible for budgeting, managing and facilitating international production. In 2007, Mr. Addeo founded and developed KidKupz.

Dr. Weideman has a Master’s in Business Administration and Management and a Doctorate in Management/Strategic Planning from Webster University. He has over 25 years of experience sourcing products in Southeast Asia with extensive experience in China. Dr. Weideman served as Director of International Sourcing for a U.S. based, multi-national corporation before he began to specialize in sourcing, manufacturing and importing products.

Mr. Schindler has more than twenty years of legal experience in intellectual property law, including multidisciplinary litigation experience. He has helped companies of all sizes build and manage significant patent portfolios, develop in-house procedures and formulate intellectual property strategies. His focus is to gain a competitive advantage by identifying patentable subject matter and drafting claims.

Mr. Rosenbloom, is a corporate and securities attorney who has represents clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on public and private equity finance, securities compliance and mergers and acquisitions.
