I founded Kiddologic to fill a need in the market for a better bib. I don't have a business background but I am a strategic, innovative, problem solver. As a former wildlife biologist, I used all my research skills to learn, plan, and implement the many moving parts of the business that were necessary to take the bibit-all™ to market. I had the willingness to learn anything and the determination, passion, and follow-through to make it happen.

As Kiddologic’s sourcing agent, Megan manages materials and manufacturing sourcing, costing, purchase orders, production, quality control, testing, delivery, and payment for Kiddologic products. With more than 23 years in domestic and global sourcing, product development, and production management (with Banana Republic, Gap Kids, and Gymboree, and as an independent sourcing agent) Megan’s expertise is a valuable asset to the Kiddologic team

Kiddologic is partnered with an outstanding 3PL company, Touchpoint Logistics, for its inventory warehousing and order fulfillment. A third generation family owned company that selectively serves ~50 clients, Touchpoint offers personalized service and immediate accessibility, with large warehouse facilities and sophisticated systems to support Kiddologic’s growth. Candy (one of the family owners) is Kiddologic’s designated logistics coordinator.

As creative director of Euro Style Advertising, Ursula is Kiddologic's trusted team member for all our design needs. With over 27 years in the juvenile products industry, Ursula has created product and branding designs for some of the most well known companies in the industry. Ursula has created a beautiful and strong branding identity for Kiddologic with her design of our logo, web site, packaging, trade show booth, and marketing materials.

Kiddologic partners with Mid-America Overseas for freight forwarding, importing, and transportation of products manufactured overseas. With >37 years experience, MAO has a very established global presence, yet they provide very personalized service, with operations supervised via a single, coordinated support system. Tom is that logistical coordinator for Kiddologic - his expert advising and mentoring are a huge asset to Kiddologic’s team.

The accounting firm of Fitzpatrick and McKenzie has handled the taxes and tax-related matters for Kiddologic since our company was established in 2010. Meg McKenzie provides exceptional tax preparation and advising and general business financial advising - she is a valued partner on the Kiddologic team.

Mary is Kiddologic's valued bookkeeper. Mary founded Cascade Balanced Books in 2006 after spending more than 25 years as a bookkeeper in both the public and private sector. Mary has been a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor since 2007 and is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. In addition to her bookkeeping practice, Mary has been a Quickbooks instructor for WorkSource Oregon and the SBDC in Salem, Oregon.

Kiddologic has partnered with SPS Commerce as our 3rd party Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) provider, to comply with the requirements of our mass market customers (e.g., Bed Bath & Beyond and Toys R Us/Babies R Us). EDU is used to exchange documents such as POs, shipping and packing information and invoices.. Pete has been a valuable team member who is readily accessible, highly skilled EDI advisor, and passionate about Kiddologic's growth.

Rosie Garrison with Hagen Hamilton in McMinnville, OR has provided expert advising and service for Kiddologic, obtaining quality and competitively priced business and product liability insurance, including the complex and extensive insurance requirements of mass- market retailers such as Bed Bath & Beyond and Toys R Us.

Shirley has been doing commercial sewing for 40 years - her skill and expertise have been a valuable asset to Kiddologic in the product development phase of the bibit-all™. Her technical knowledge, production experience, sewing talents, and affordable costs make her a valuable team member for prototyping Kiddologic products.

Jamie is a highly skilled pattern maker that offers exceptional, affordable, and efficient service. She created flawless digital patterns, spec sheets, and line drawings for the bibit-all™ that our overseas factory has used for production. Jamie will be Kiddologic’s partner for any pattern and spec needs for future products.
