My business model is very simple and I would 350k. I would like to open a seafood restaurant in a small town where people love seafood but are not able to access it. My customer base would be people working at the chicken factory and would like a nice fulfilling lunch. For my business I would need the building, seafood, and kitchen supply. I will not be offering plate or silverware.
