Our mission is to make property more liquid. We do this through our online real estate brokerage. If you want to sell your property, the user will go to our website, fill out the list my property form, and get matched up with one of our agents. They will agree on the list price from comparables and the owner will e-sign a listing agreement. Doing an online brokerage will streamline the buying and selling process and lower the fees to do so.
