Ania Rodriguez is a usability/user experience expert with over 12 years of experience consulting on the topics of UI Design, Usability and Online Marketing.. Ania manages client and partner relationships, as well as conducts custom and syndicated research. She has a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Human Factors from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

As SVP of KLI, Jennifer works on a daily basis to nurture strong relationships with our world-
class clients. Jennifer listens to clients' needs carefully and aims to blend their perspective with that of their consumers and their general industry. Her background is in BioMedical Engineering and Marketing – this multidisciplinary toolset allows her to view projects from a variety of perspectives to meet the needs of her clients.

Eugenio Santiago manages all the quantitative research and assists on qualitative lab research. He has been working with Key Lime Interactive since July 2009, where he consulted on a remote testing project for a major media and entertainment company. He brings to the Key Lime team over 10 years of quantitative research experience. He previously worked for Keynote Systems.
