Group insurance product (not currently in existance) for small business owners that will help to attract and retain employees. Seeking an equity investor to provide $37M to start a new insurance company in the USA. First year $17M, with an additional $10M at the end of the second operating year, and another $10M at the end of the third operating year, in order to meet RBC statutory requirements. Will start in Ohio then expand throughout USA.
