Prior to joining Kerr Aviation, Mr. Way was the director of advanced technology for FLIR systems, responsible for new and emerging technologies for Infrared, visible and laser systems. Also served as the chief Engineer of MAXVIZ working on original concept IQVR with Dr. Kerr.
