We have entered into an asset purchase agreement for a local neighborhood pub. The existing business is not without its share of problems. However, after making extensive observations, we have a very specific vision which we are confident will correct most of these problems and make the business excel. This will be done through maintaining tight control of costs and operations through hands on ownership.
