I am a National Board Certified high school teacher, one-of-a-kind yoga instructor and certified John Maxwell leadership coach. I am also a victim of childhood domestic violence and sexual assault and just celebrated my ninth year as a sober, compassionate and hard-working woman. I am a lover of life and feel most alive when I am adding value to others, opening my heart to others and watching people grow and thrive.
