FMI90 (Fasting, Moving, Informed Eating, 90 seconds of TUT) is based on what I've done over the past three years to completely change my overall health.
I've coached friends and friends of friends and have helped them hit goals they thought were unattainable. I've been working out with bands for over 2 years and have tried many systems. I developed one that works for both men and women and it's a better overall workout than at the gym.
