Company Summary

Our line of 7 snacks are designed to minimize impact on blood sugar levels, which is important for everybody, not just people with diabetes. Because Katie tests her blood sugar level multiple times a day, she can literally measure the effect foods have on her body, giving her a unique perspective as she designs recipes for treats and snacks. Our products are also gluten-free (most of them grain-free), high in protein, and free of soy and dairy.

She founded Keep It Real Food Co. to create high-protein, low-glycemic snacks using ONLY naturally healthy ingredients. Katie has over 7 years of management experience, including the management of finances, marketing, human resources, and web design.
